EXPERIENCE:

Ms. Sarkissian is a land planner with more than seven years of experience in both public- and private-sector planning within multiple municipalities located in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. Ms. Sarkissian’s experience is grounded in working effectively with the public sector to process entitlements efficiently and retrieve information quickly. Ms. Sarkissian remains knowledgeable and current with various municipal ordinances and processes within Maricopa and Pinal Counties. She has presented before various community boards and councils, as well as organized and coordinated public participation meetings resulting in a high level of project success.
Ms. Sarkissian remains active in multiple planning and development groups throughout Arizona and remains current on planning news and trends in order to better serve her clients and react to changing planning methods and municipal requirements.
Ms. Sarkissian also remains in contact with several landscape architects, land use attorneys, engineers, water and wastewater specialists, traffic engineers and surveyors in order to provide her clients with an array of knowledgeable professionals as required through the development process.
Currently Ms. Sarkissian serves on several Boards and Committees dedicating her time to her communitie's growth and continued success. She serves on the Town of Gilbert's Planning Commission and also Chairs on one of the Gilbert General Plan Update Steering Committees.
Additionally, Ms. Sarkissian participates as a Board member for her Home Owner's Association helping with the recent transition from the developer run HOA to the community run HOA. She has helped greatly with this transition as well as has provided numerous ideas which are helping the community during this time of high foreclosures and slow sales.
